Founder Franki Fitz is a true fan of the food and wine experience. After traveling the country to attend food and wine festivals and tasting events, she made the bold move to turn her passion into her profession.

With a Master’s degree in Construction Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from thee North Carolina A&T State University, Franki brings over 15 years of project management, luxury aesthetics and strategic planning skills to wine, spirits and epicurean brands.
